Advice and disclaimer: Important please read

Please check that all information, spelling, grammar, and punctuation are correct. Sarno Photography & Graphic Design is not responsible for errors after final approval. After you give your final written approval to go to press or to publish, all error corrections or reprints will be charged 100% of current rates.

Please print the document out to get an idea of the physical size and proportions of your project. The computer monitor can be deceiving. Unless you follow a color calibrated work flow your monitor and printer will not reproduce accurate color. Please do not judge proofs for color accuracy. If you need to view color accuracy you must come into my studio or request a guide print (additional fees may apply).

For faster response time please use Adobe Reader to make comments or approvals to the proofs. Here is a quick simple tutorial on how to make notations on a PDF with Adobe Reader 7.0. If you do not want to use Adobe Reader to create notes on the document then it is best to print the document out, write down your changes, and mail me the changes. If you approve the final design please sign it with approved for press or publication written on it. Please keep in mind it will take longer for me to receive the changes by mail.
