New Sustainable Marketing Logos

I recently created two new sustainable marketing art logos. They are still works in progress. I need to make them more readable in small versions. They are similar but one is to place on all print marketing art and the other is for websites. When I am finished they will look similar but I have not decided on the final design yet. Here are the two works in progress. Please let me know what you think and why:
